The Beach Front Pool Villa is the private-pool decision. Stable first-party material describes a private lap pool and direct beach relationship; recheck any age, occupancy, or access rule live rather than relying on an older page. The Deluxe Room with Sea View (Jacuzzi) is a different product: its first-party description refers to an outdoor Jacuzzi dip pool and outdoor shower, not a full private swimming pool.
